Times are hard. You need to know you are getting the most for your money. I’ve read a lot about online business and everyone claims to have the answer, the trouble is that they all say something different. So who do I believe? My wife told me to follow my instincts. My instincts say to go back to the way my parents ran their store.
Honesty, Good prices and Great service.
1) I’m doing away with free shipping. You’re smart; you know that free shipping just means the shipping was added to the wholesale price before the markup. What you may not know is that some products already have shipping added into the wholesale price and are shipped free from the warehouse or that shipping costs can drop if you order more than one item from the same warehouse. To find out your shipping, just put your product in the “add to cart” and then go to checkout. You will see all your charges before you pay and can either cancel (click on the check/money order button, continue, then edit in the order box and clear your order) or pick your payment option and buy them.
2) Next, we’re lowering our prices. Lower prices mean less profit; but you will get more value for your dollar and we believe that you will be happier. Happy shoppers come back. They also tell their friends. In the end, we will make more sales and we both win.
3) Continued good service. My wife and I are the only ones here. You will never deal with someone who does not want to find the answer you need. If you have any questions or problems, use the “contact us button”. There is one in the header of every page. We will get back to you within 24 hours, with the answer or update telling you what is happening and when you can expect an answer. Your question will never go unanswered. Remember that the more information you send us, the faster we can send you the answer you need.
4) My promise that we will treat you as if you were here. With every order you will get our address and our phone is listed. We do not outsource or hire people at minimum wage to answer the phone and pretend to care. We answer the phone and we do care. If you want us to call you, just email us your phone number and a good time range to call you.
